RealTime PCR
Two Taqman 7900s and a QuantStudioFlex machine are available for use in Blalock 1005, by appointment. The 7900s can accommodate 96 and 384 well plates, as well as Taqman Low Density array plates. The QuantStudio provides the capability of running 384 well plates in fast mode, as well as providing high throughput (hundreds of samples x dozens of genes) gene expression and microRNA data in less than 3 hours.
